Tickets are now on exclusive sale to British Powerlifting members for the SBD Apparel and IPF Sheffield 2020 Powerlifting Championships. For the next week members will receive 10% off ticket prices for this event (the ticket price shown has the discount already applied, no further codes are needed). Act fast as tickets go on general sale next week and the BP member discount will no longer be applicable.

The event is the first of its kind in the United Kingdom, bringing together 12 men and 12 women over one weekend to battle it out for world records and the title of Champion of Champions. Intended as a celebration of the sport and its history, the SBD Sheffield 2020 Championships will see fierce competition and world records fall. A £250,000 prize fund will be awarded on the basis of highest total, highest IPF points and world records broken.

As well as standard tickets, there are three levels of VIP tickets available. All VIP tickets come with the opportunity to meet the athletes - but act quickly as these tickets will sell out fast!

Gold VIP tickets include: best seats in the house, pre-event meal along with meet & greet with powerlifting legends, post-event meet & greet with the athletes, event programme and much more.

Silver VIP tickets include: premium seats, post-event meet & greet with the athletes, event programme.

Bronze VIP tickets include: premium seats, event programme.

A discount is also available when purchasing the same level of tickets for both days - please call the Sheffield City Hall Box Office on 0114 2 789 789 to book.

Elite GB lifters are selected by the IPF for inclusion in the Registered Testing Pool (RT) along with 144 lifters in the Testing Pool and National Testing Pool. All are subject to Out of Competition Testing (OCT). Read More >
