EQUIPPED EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
This weekend saw the start of the European Equipped Powerlifting championships in Czech Republic. This competition combines all age categories, with the sub-Juniors and Juniors over the weekend, the open from Monday to Wednesday and the Masters from Thursday to Saturday.
The GBR team have seen a mix of achievements and medals with full details to follow next week once the competition has ended. Whilst it is still live you can find details on the Goodlift site and the EPF youtube channel.
BRITISH SUB-JUNIORS AND JUNIORS CLASSIC CHAMPIONSHIPS
As the championship nears us, we wanted to provide you with some reminders from the organiser.
- Spectators
- Are not only encouraged to come but entry is free!
- There is still a live request for Volunteers for the Wednesday set up as well as during the championships for the Thursday and Friday.
- If you would like to help please fill in the form to let them know you want to be part of something great.
- As this is a National competition, a coaching licence will be required for anyone looking to be in the warm up and holding area.
- Clarification on the coaching licence, as well as a video guiding you on how to apply, can be found on the new Coaching Licence page
- It is extremely important that you check out the information in full as simple mistakes keep occurring, such as uploading certificates without applying for the licence
