Championships Secretary
Following the untimely passing of Fred Sterry, Nathan Turner has been appointed as Championships Secretary. Nathan is a former junior international lifter and is secretary of the NM division. He will be assisted on the printing side by Jim McGill.

Sponsorship and Scholarship Officer
In accordance with the resolution passed at last year's AGM, Ben Davis has been appointed Sponsorship and Scholarship Officer. Ben is an active lifter and trains at the Bethnal Green club.

British Powerlifting is the only UK powerlifting organisation that has a fully WADA compliant anti-doping programme, which is independently administered by the IPF. All of our anti-doping testing is carried out at our own expense. Elite GB lifters are selected by the IPF for inclusion in the Registered Testing Pool (RT) along with 144 lifters in the Testing Pool and National Testing Pool.
