Home Countries

There are four Home Nations that make up British Powerlifting, each of which represent IPF Powerlifting and promote events for the benefit of British Powerlifting members in their respective regions.  All Home Countries hold their own National Championships and Divisional/Regional Events which then feed into the broader British Powerlifting Calendar.

Northern Ireland - Northern Ireland Powerlifting Federation 

Wales - Welsh Powerlifting Association 

Scotland - Scottish Powerlifting 

England - English Powerlifting Association 

Commonwealth Powerlifting Federation 

Each of the four Home Nations is individually affiliated to the Commonwealth Powerlifting Federation and, for this event alone, compete as individual Nations rather than under the usual banner of 'GBR'.
