This event will take place at Southern Quarter Amesbury, the home of Crazy Strength.
All competitors must be present for weigh in their allotted time, those who arrival after that will not be allowed to lift having missed the weigh in time. As a competitor you are responsible for ensuring any accommodation and travel time allow you the ability to make these timings.
Two groups of 14 Lifters, one female, one male
Weigh in 10:00
Group 1 & 2 to lift off 12:00
