Open to West Midlands members initially, guest spots from other divisions will be opened up after a week of entries opening

To ensure a place in this and any West Midlands Competitions, please sign up and contribute through our Volunteer Program via our Linktree. Anyone who has volunteered at one of our competitions is entitled to early entry to a competition of their choice (please note this is for the volunteer only, not by proxy).

Anyone wishing to claim priority entry must do so one week before entries open via the google form in our linktree at https://linktr.ee/wmpowerlifting.

Tickets will go on sale on our ticket site 8 weeks before competition and close 4 weeks before.

The Quiet Focus Series competition will have lots of adjustments in place to ensure that the event is as inclusive as possible to many different needs.

The competition will:
– have no music, no audience, no loud MCing, no DJ lighting, no livestream and no photography
– still comply with all the usual IPF powerlifting rules including having qualified referees so that it is a fully sanctioned event that can be used to qualify for Nationals*
– have a dedicated safeguarding and mental health lead present on the day for you to have as a point of access for any needs or reasonable adjustments that you may need support with
– still be a super fun powerlifting competition with lots of expert volunteers on hand to guide you through the event

*Please note, Nationals will not be run under the Quiet Focus Series structure
