Athlete Whereabouts Information

For no-advance notice doping testing (i.a.w. Article 5.4 of the British Powerlifting Anti-Doping Rules)

Please provide below your regular (daily) whereabouts information (Work / Study / Primary training place) from the date of your entry for these championships until the time you compete. Your contact details will be as per the championships entry form already completed.

Training Address

Provide also one specific 60-minute time slot between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. where you are available and accessible for no-advance notice Doping Testing at a specific location.

By entering this competition you agree to be bound and abide by, the British Powerlifting and IPF/UKAD Anti-Doping Rules and that any sanctions imposed for infringement are under the jurisdiction the IPF/UKAD.

Qualification: Entries will only be accepted if qualification total has already been achieved. Entries will not be taken speculatively.
